We accept cash, VISA, American Express, Discover and Master Card. Note: Valid credit card info required to make reservations.

You must cancel your reservation no less than 48 hours before the tour check-in time to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel your tour within 48 hours of the tour start time, your credit card will be charged full price of the tour and you will NOT receive a refund due to our limited spaces.
For groups of 10 people or more must cancel your reservation no less than 10 days before the tour day to avoid a cancellation fee. If your group cancels the tour within 10 days of the tour day, the credit card will be charged full price of the tour and will NOT receive a refund due to our limited spaces.
If you decide to change the date of your tour, you will incur a $20 per person extra charge due to our limited spaces.

It is a two-hour guided tour (including check-in time).

It gets a little wet! Bring comfortable clothing, swimsuit or trunks, plastic shoes (flip-flops or Crocs), a towel, and bug spray.

We don’t recommend bringing anything electronic that’s not waterproof.

Yes, there is a 5% discount for groups of 12 or more.
